  • Tap into the opportunities for heritage products

    Novonesis' YoFlex® SoGreek has been specially designed for Greek-style yogurt. It includes original cultures isolated from Crete for authentic, yet modern, mild, high-protein yogurt.


  • Very low post acidification to secure time needed for separation

    A low post acidification during processing secures the time needed for separation, which is a required process step for making concentrated Greek-style yogurt.


  • Designed to yield optimal texture and flavor at high protein level

    It is important that the texture created by the culture is smooth and allows for an efficient separation of the yogurt. The yogurt flavor of the culture is especially important in fortified yogurt, as it may cover possible off-flavors from the milk powder.


  • Can include probiotics for additional health benefits

    SoGreek strains are available as one pouch solution yogurt with a high level of the probiotic strain BB-12® to support bowel function.


This product contains microbials. While microbial products are safe to use in consumer applications, they must be handled correctly in production environments to ensure that workers do not inhale organic dust and bioaerosols.

Please follow the precautionary handling recommendations below:

  • Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray
  • Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing
  • In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection
  • IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing
  • Store in a dry place. Store in a closed container
  • Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with local regulations
