Novonesis' YoFlex® Mild culture range allows to create very mild yogurts with extremely low post acidification.
Product features, details and benefits
- Very mild taste
This culture allows for production of mild yogurt, giving you the option of great plain yogurt or mixed with a e.g. fruit preparation. With a milder yogurt base you can minimize added sugar low while still having a sweet flavor.
- Extremely low post acidification
YoFlex® mild cultures makes it possible to produce yogurt with low post acidification. With this, consumers will experience a product that has very little impact on flavor during shelf life.
- Superior texture
The texture created by the YoFlex® Mild cultures enables production of smooth drinking yogurt resistant to shear stress and set yogurts with high gel firmness without the use of thickeners.
This product contains microbials. While microbial products are safe to use in consumer applications, they must be handled correctly in production environments to ensure that workers do not inhale organic dust and bioaerosols.
Please follow the precautionary handling recommendations below:
- Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray
- Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing
- In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection
- IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing
- Store in a dry place. Store in a closed container
- Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with local regulations
