Jean-Michel has over three decades of experience in the dairy and biosolutions industry. He leads applied research teams across France, the U.S. and Denmark, managing innovation projects and developing new cultures while supporting customers with technical expertise in cultures and enzymes. With previous roles in marketing and global key account management, Jean-Michel has driven product segmentation, launches, and cross-functional collaboration. He holds an Executive MBA in Business and Leadership and a Master’s degree in Dairy Science, combining scientific expertise with strategic insight to deliver impactful, customer-focused innovation.
