Gaëlle Buchhorn is Director of Applied Research for Fresh Dairy at Novonesis, where she leads teams developing biosolutions that enhance product performance, efficiency, and sustainability in the food industry. With over a decade of experience at Chr. Hansen and Novonesis, she has held roles across research, innovation, and global application leadership, building deep expertise in microbiology, biotechnology, and dairy cultures.
Gaëlle is known for her people-focused leadership style, fostering collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement while helping teams translate science into tangible customer value.
