Novonesis Sustine® 240 is an exopeptidase that liberates amino acids by N-terminal peptide bonds. It works well with stereoselective hydrolysis of amino esters, selective esters, and amides.
Proteases are enzymes that catalyze the proteolysis into smaller polypeptides or amino acid units at increased reaction rates. They cleave peptide bonds through hydrolysis, catalyzing stereoselective hydrolysis of amino esters and selective esters to synthesize new molecules in an environmentally friendly way.
