Sustine® 470

Sustine® 470
Sustine® 470 is a dextranase that hydrolyzes (1,6)-alpha-D-glucosidic linkages in the non-reducing ends of in dextran.
Carbohydrases are a class of enzyme that catalyze carbohydrates into simple sugars. They selectively form cyclodextrins and can be used in general reduction of carbohydrates into smaller units.
