- Minimal retrofitting, plug and play solutionThis product is suitable for both old and new palm oil mills with minimal retrofits and process changes. It's delivered via an applicator system to ensure proper mixing. That gives you the ease of a plug and play solution with the reassurance that you're getting optimal enzyme performance.
- Higher oil extraction rateThe cell walls of the palm fruit mesocarp contain oil bound in hemicellulose matrices. This oil is inaccessible in traditional processing. This product softens and breaks down the matrices. That increases cell wall rupture during digestion and screw pressing. The result is lower oil loss and a higher extraction rate for your mill.
- Less emulsificationEfficient separation of oil-water-sludge emulsions means higher oil recovery rates. This product lowers viscosity to improve oil-water separation. That has the potential to boost your recovery rates.
- Lower effluent loadsBy allowing you to cut your hot dilution water use, this product reduces effluent generation in the clarification process. The result is lower palm oil mill effluent (POME) loads for your mill.

Palmora® OER contains a blend of thermostable enzymes. It releases oil trapped inside palm fruit cell walls. This oil is inaccessible in traditional milling processes, so is lost in press fibers, sludge and decanter cake. Palmora® OER also reduces viscosity to deliver a range of process and sustainability benefits to your mill.
This product contains enzymes. While enzymes are safe to use in consumer applications, they need correct handling in working environments to ensure workers’ safety.
Indeed, repeated inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols resulting from improper handling may induce sensitization and may cause allergic type 1 reactions in sensitized individuals.

- Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing
- In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection
- IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing

- Store in a dry place. Store in a closed container
- Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with local regulations
