NovoCor® AX is an enzymatic solution that gives improved cutting yield with no detriment to quality. It increases the area of shaved wet blue stock when applied during the neutralization step. Often, it can also increase the cuttable area into the normally loose belly area. The results are increased area and improved softness, with no negative impact on strength.
