Boost PK-1 is a freeze-dried Pichia kluyveri yeast culture developed for direct inoculation during coffee processing. It supports controlled fermentation across washed, natural, and hybrid processes.
The culture drives aroma formation, protects against oxidation, and suppresses competing yeasts — helping ensure consistent fermentation performance and reliable sensory outcomes.
Boost PK1 can be used alone or combined with lactic acid bacteria such as Harvest LB-1 to further enhance balance and structure.
This product contains microbials. While microbial products are safe to use in consumer applications, they must be handled correctly in production environments to ensure that workers do not inhale organic dust and bioaerosols.
