About Novonesis (formerly Novozymes and Chr. Hansen)
Novonesis was formed by the merger of Novozymes and Chr. Hansen, completed on 29 January 2024. Novonesis is the name of the group, and the parent company's legal name is Novozymes A/S (CVR 10007127), part of Novonesis Group. Chr. Hansen Holding A/S merged into Novozymes A/S as the continuing company and was dissolved. Its shares (CHR) were delisted from Nasdaq Copenhagen after the last trading day on 30 January 2024. Novonesis B shares trade on Nasdaq Copenhagen under the ticker NSIS B (formerly NZYM B).
